Services Beyond Expectations – Our experience has shown us that our clients need and demand a much higher standard of service and knowledge of their circumstances than those offered by standard bulk tour operators.

To meet these standards all our escorted holidays be cruises, fly or coach holidays are accompanied by one of our courteous and helpful Tour Manager. Their role is to ensure that your holiday is “hassle free” so that you can relax and enjoy the holiday to the full; they are going to liase on your behalf with hotel staff and on fly holidays will handle all the check-in procedures. They will hold tickets and other travel documentation on your behalf.

We understand that sometimes, you might be worried at the prospect of going on holiday, possibly on your own for the first time in a while. We would like to put your mind at rest, the role of our staff is to assist you and ensure that you enjoy your holiday with us.

All our holidays are designed for comfort and safety and are operated at a much slower pace than mainstream operators. No worries if you are not as agile as once were, our itineraries are planned with you the traveller in mind. Therefore enjoy the comfort, security and friendliness of escorted travel with the flexibility to join us on the included excursions or explore the holiday resort in your own way.

Our tours are not rushed, we have regular comfort stops. We offer a variety of holiday destinations to suit every taste, together with a number of included excursions. YES, all the excursions in our programme are included in the published price, there are no hidden extras.

The last thing you feel like doing on holiday is handling your luggage. This is your time to relax from the moment you join the holiday to the time when you say goodbye to the friends that you have made. Sit back and relax as we safely handle your luggage.

All the vehicles used on our holidays are equipped with a tail lift to ensure accessibility.

We aim to use whenever possible 4 star establishments. The hotels have been especially selected to provide the best in standard and facilities together with courteous staff and high standard of cuisine.

Hotels price rooms in order to obtain maximum occupancy, therefore our holiday prices are based on twin sharing; this applies when travelling with a partner or companion. However, if travelling on your own you will automatically incur in the single room supplement, based on single occupancy of a twin or double room. Some wheelchair accessible rooms will be available for those clients who request them; these will be allocated on first come first served basis.

We at Chalfont Line share a deep commitment to your personal holiday experience and safety. We hold the following licences, for air holidays Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) for all other holidays Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT).

Electric Wheelchairs/Scooters

Chalfont Line Holidays accept electric wheelchairs/scooters on all our holiday; the only requirement is that they must be dry cell operated.

If bringing an electric wheelchair/scooter on tour simply tick the appropriate box on the booking form.

Please note that for flying holidays it is important that we have the weight of the wheelchair in kilos.

We can arrange equipment hire at an extra cost whenever available.
